The Studio Collection

The candles in this collection are custom creations and the fragrance brainchildren of various teams here at FD & Son. The Studio Collection started with Project V ("Project 5") with the goal a warm and fruity play on a lavender-based soy wax with the first implementation of wooden wicks. After realizing the success of Project V, it was important to prove that the team didn't just have a short stint of beginner's luck. Next, the romance of Amber's Rose was born and the teams at FD & Son officially made an impression on the candle scene with the real rose petals on top of the dark, sultry, amber-scented soy wax that would melt around dual wood wicks. The candle fragrance cooking continued with the decidedly masculine introduction of A Gentleman Never Tells, now listed as AGNT, where the team paired a woody, sensual base with 2 colognes that will never be shared. These 3 hits were all the validation the teams needed to start creating custom fragrance formulas for mass production.

The next Studio rollout will consist of Staycation (a tropical top note with herbal undertones that rounds out nicely with a powdery base to give a calming response to the body from the nose) and Mornings With You (a fresh botanical experience with an ozonic musk to give the sense of embarking on an adventure with your favorite person).
